- General bike handling
- Balance and body position
- Cornering and braking
- Jumps, drops, bridges and rock gardens
- General trail side bike repair such as plugging tires, bombing tires, changing a tube, repairing a broken chain.
Monthly options available on request for kids under 18, which includes two skills sessions a week , a weekly group ride, and all race day support.
