Do you allow drop ins?

Yes, we allow drop ins. Just call to check there is a bike available.

What do I need bring with me to classes?

Bring your water bottle, a sweat towel, and your good legs!

What shoes do I need to wear?

All bikes have your standard Shimano SPD mountain bike pedals (the most popular style cleat/pedal). If you don’t have these, a normal tekkie will do the trick as the other side of the pedal has flats!

I forgot something at home, what can I buy from the Gym?

We have towels, water bottles, chamois cream, socks, and full range of High5 and Cadence nutrition products on sale.

Do you supply water?

Yes, we have a hydration station available. Bring your own bottle or buy one from the gym.

What methods of payment do you take?

We take cash, EFTs, FNB Geo Payments, and Zapper and Credit/Debit Cards at the Gym.

Is there safe parking available?

There is a large parking lot that is very safe! We are within a gated estate with 24 hour security.

What other facilities are available at the studio?

Included in the monthly fee is a full gym access, 7 days a week. It includes a squash court, sauna, weight section, studio with classes, outside bootcamp area, tennis court and boardroom. There is ample water stations, a small cafe’, coffee and cool towels, as well as showers and change rooms.

Do you have showers?

Yes.

If I want extra training and guidance on a full training plan, can you help?

We can help. We need to set you up on Training Peaks, put in your race dates or goals, and all your training will be sent right to your mobile app with target training zones.

We also monitor you, so you stay accountable.

I live far, and coming to train at the studio isn't going to work for me, can I get training via Training peaks?

Yes you can, you need a bike, a power meter or heart rate strap and a unit to store data (a Garmin, Stages Dash, Wahoo etc). Online program (Silver)  is R500 per month.
